WhatPHP is now live

I wanted to do this for a long time: set up a repository for myself with all my often used PHP classes, so I have easy access to the latest versions and whatnot.

This has now happened. This week I put together a little something to browse my package directory and auto-generate API information and stuff.

I thought others might benefit from it as well, so I've made it public on whatPHP.net.

Another way to reduce the number of images used in your CSS

I did some fairly obvious pondering today. In a website I'm currently working on two images are used for some pagination links. Simple images representing a white arrow on a colored background.

There's one image for the regular link state, and one image for the link's hover state, which is the same except for the differently colored background.

It just hit me I could do this with only one image.
